Parfaitement bien agenc\u00e9, lumineux, vous vous sentirez comme \u00e0 la maison, et manquerez de rien

L’appartement se compose d’un s\u00e9jour avec canap\u00e9-lit double, une cuisine \u00e9quip\u00e9e ( lave linge, lave vaisselle, four, micro- ondes ..) , une chambre avec lit double, une salle de bains, un WC s\u00e9par\u00e9. une belle terrasse et une place de parking priv\u00e9e en sous sol.<\/p>

Le salon est spacieux et lumineux, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses grandes fen\u00eatres qui donnent sur la terrasse. Il est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d’un canap\u00e9 convertible de 200×140 cm. et d’un 2eme canap\u00e9 de type relax
La terrasse , accessible du salon mais aussi de la chambre, est parfaite pour profiter des journ\u00e9es ensoleill\u00e9es et du climat doux de Mandelieu-la-Napoule. Vous pouvez y prendre vos repas en paix, ou simplement vous y d\u00e9tendre.<\/p>

This south-facing, air-conditioned 2-room apartment is located in a new, secure residence with swimming pool and p\u00e9tanque court, just a few minutes from the center of Mandelieu-la-Napoule and its shops, and a 20-minute walk from the beaches.<\/p>

Perfectly appointed, bright and airy, you’ll feel right at home, and want for nothing.<\/em><\/span><\/p>

The apartment comprises a living room with double sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.), a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a lovely terrace and a private parking space in the basement.<\/em><\/span><\/p>

The living room is spacious and bright, with large windows opening onto the terrace. It features a 200×140 cm convertible sofa and a 2nd relax-type sofa.<\/em><\/span>
The terrace, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, is perfect for enjoying sunny days and Mandelieu-la-Napoule’s mild climate. Here you can enjoy meals in peace, or simply relax.<\/em><\/span><\/p>
